Thriller Live
features superb dancing along with several hits by the pop sensation. The award winning show features eye-popping
video footage and special effects together. The show is choreographed by the award-winning
director Gary Lloyd along with five-time MTV award-winning LaVelle Smith Jnr
and Kerys Nathan. Gary Lloyd has also
worked with Leona Lewis, Girls Aloud and Robbie Williams.
The electrifying
London show beautifully portrays the magical journey of Michael Jackson’s
45-year musical history. Lyric Theatre
is the oldest theatre on Shaftesbury Avenue and made its debut in the year
1888. Since 2009, Thriller Live is running with packed houses at the Lyric
Theatre.
The
theatre was constructed as a venue for operetta
and opened with a transfer of the comic opera, Dorothy. After hosting several
comic operas, from 1916-1930 the venue started hosting operas and plays. Lyric
theatre was refurbished and reopened in 1933. Really Useful Group took ownership
of the venue in the year 2000 and hosted several Bill Kenwright productions. In
the year 2005, Nimax purchased the theatre.
